It was always easy to find a perfect hotel in Phu Quoc. However, during our stay, we discovered the Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay. The rooms were beautiful, and the beach was within walking distance. The breakfast was fantastic. with a marvelous selection of choices. The hotel staff was lovely and hotel facility was also impressive. This residential resort turned out to be the best hotels in the area. Our stay was so enjoyable that we didn’t want to leave!

Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay
Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, managed by Accor, is a luxurious residential resort that offers an array of great facilities. The property is massive, boasting 745 lavish rooms, multiple swimming pools, and a private pristine beach.
Each room has an individual terrace with private pool options and also expansive views of the emerald blue sea selection. Besides, the Premier Residences hotel with the direct access to a private beach section at Khem Beach.
We booked our stay in Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay through Agoda. The booking process was straightforward, and you can choose your room options according to your needs. The price is reasonable, making it perfect for family travelers and group travelers alike.

The check-in process was smooth, and we received a warm welcome from the staff. They provided useful information, including a hotel map introduction, breakfast information for our stay.
They also shared the trip information such as the shuttle bus service to Sunset Town. The staff can speak fluent English and are always willing to assist.
The Rooms
We are a family of seven, including two kids. For our stay, we opted for a 3-bedroom apartment (with additional one extra bed) that features a private pool. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable.
The resort is very modern and very clean. Our apartment with two floors, two rooms on the upper floor, and one room on the lower floor with a living room area. Rooms are well-furnished, spacious, and immaculately clean. The housekeeping staff came in daily, and our room was always spotless when we returned each day. We’re delighted with them!
Besides, the apartment amenities included a kettle with tea and coffee, a mini-fridge, a dining area, and a flat-screen television. We were also provided with complementary water bottles that were replaced daily. The air conditioning was excellent and could be easily adjusted to a comfortable temperature even during sleep.
The private pool was a fantastic addition as we could swim anytime we wanted. The pool area is surrounded by trees and flowers, making it a perfect place to relax in the evenings.
Premier Residences Phu Quoc Location
Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay is conveniently located near Sunset Town, which guests can easily reach by taking the hotel’s free shuttle bus service. The town features an array of restaurants and apartment buildings with charming French and Italian Riviera style architecture. Though it’s mostly empty these days. Nonetheless, it’s a great spot to take some beautiful photos.
You can also take an e-hailing service to get to the town, which takes around 30 minutes.
The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, but it’s important to reserve this service during check-in. The shuttle service is convenient and saves you the hassle of finding transportation to and from the airport.
Exceptional Breakfast
The breakfast buffet, which was included in the room, was exceptional. There was a vast selection of delicious options, including Vietnamese and continental cuisine. Everything you could imagine was served here and it was all delicious!
The choices ranged from eggs made to order, bread, and sweet pastries, to Vietnamese local cuisine, juices, fruit, yogurt, and tea and coffee.
Make sure to try their wide assortment of fruits and local Vietnamese dishes!
The quality of the food was a pleasant surprise. It was all nicely prepared and we thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried.
The Pool and the Beach
The hotel facilities are in good and clean condition, with a particularly impressive and relaxing huge pool area. The pools are beautifully designed and spacious, with a separate pool area for kids.
The atmosphere is relaxed and well-maintained, making it perfect for a chill vacation.
The best thing about the hotel, however, is the direct access to a private beach section. The sand is white and fine and the water is clear, turquoise, and warm. Hotel guests can even hire kayaks and beach toys for free when the weather is good.
We spent a considerable amount of time by the pool and beach area. Everyone, including the kids, loved it.
Additionally, there is a spacious and beautiful kids club with many games for children. For travelers seeking a fitness routine, the hotel also offers gym, yoga, and also boxing instructors, which are quite satisfying.
Food Option Nearby Hotel
If you’re looking for dining options near the hotel, there are several nice seafood restaurants within walking distance along the beachfront.
Another affordatable hotel option at Emerald Bay Area: Ann Hotel & Spa
We tried the Ann Seafood Restaurant with a beach view. It has many seafood offerings on the menu. The seafood is fresh, but it can be a bit spicy.
Across the hotel, there are also other restaurants, convenience stores, and massage salons right by the beach.
We recommend trying the Vietnamese restaurant that offers a set meal. The food is surprisingly tasty, and the prices are reasonable.
Overall: Premier Residences Phu Quoc Hotel Review
All in all, our stay at Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay was overall satisfactory. The rooms and facilities were of an excellent standard, providing comfort and cleanliness. It was great to see the hotel offer free breakfast, kids’ activities, and beach activities.
The location was convenient for travelers as it was close to the beach. However, it’s important to note that the hotel is not located in a bustling town area, and expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The food options were slightly limited and the hotel was slightly out of town. It requires some time to travel to the town area. However, this wasn’t an issue for us as we went there to relax.
Compared to the nearby JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa for a luxurious stay, the price for staying in Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay is much cheaper. In short, Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Baywas a perfect choice for family or group travelers, and we have no hesitation in returning for our next visit.
